St. Mary's Hospital has reached a CONTRACT as of 03-10-17
New Contract is a 3-Year Agreement
Current Highlights of the Contract include:
- $500 ADDITIONAL Tuition Reimbursement for fulltime employees
-General raise of 2.75% (all employees) for the life of the contract
-Preceptor Pay $1.50/HR for Licensed and 1.00/HR for NON Licensed
-No changes to Healthcare
-No changes to Vacation, Holiday, and Sicktime
-No to changes to Job Security
