CWA Local 9413 represents AT&T Mobility employees working across wireless retail, customer service, network and technical operations, and other support roles. These members help provide the wireless services and support that keep customers and communities connected. Through collective bargaining, the union works to protect fair wages, benefits, job security, scheduling, and working conditions for represented employees.
